SendThisFile. website is a utility which enables you to send large files of any type over the internet easily. Go to the site, sign up for a FREE account and use the website to send files. Follow the instructions to enable you to send photos and large files to anyone, anywhere, including us here at UtopiaCottages. free accounts are 1 file at a time but only take seconds to upload. Multiple pictures can be zipped into a compressed folder with a maximum size of a massive 2GB. Making sending your photos to us almost too easy!
Sending your photos by WebMail is easy as long as your box limit is around 10Mb.

We want to make this easy for you. If you do not know how to edit your photos, just send them to us and our media department will deal with them for you
Fill in the Insertion Form to the required level, with all of the relevant information, but exclude all of the photos of course. Upload time should be between 4 and 9 seconds on 1Kb/sec which is a very slow connection speed. With the Photos resized and included in the Insertion Form, upload will be approximately 3 minutes on 1Kb/sec. Therefore much faster if you are on 100MB Broadband. If you choose to send your photos and text files on a flash drive or similar we will return it to you within next working day by recorded delivery.

We will give you our address to send your Photo CD, DVD, SD Memory Card or Flash Drive to us on completion of your insertion form.
Phone us on the FreePhone number above for our address and to let us know you are sending your photos.
Don't forget to include your contact details on the envelope.
Ensure that you use a jiffy bag or a padded envelope to protect your CD or DVD.
Remember to make two copies of your CD or DVD and keep one so that you can resend it if we do not receive your original within a few days.
Send your Photos either by courier of your choice or Recorded Delivery by the Post Office.

Enter your name, email, postcode and First, decide which package you would like to showcase your Holiday cottage Property. If you have received an email with a Preferential Discount Code then go to the Preferential Discount Form and enter the code in the box .
Whichever Package you choose, you will need at least one photo image of your property just fill in the boxes with your information and click the button at the bottom of the page. If you are filling in the gold form you will be taken to the photo upload page where you are able to upload a further 18 images to your page totalling 34 .
